Why do wealthy people who are missing teeth,not get dentures or some form of appliance?

Because they're not bothered I imagine. Not everyone is obsessed with how their teeth look. And some people hate the dentist no matter how much money they've got.

Reply:Because they like buying material things more than taking care the necessary issue. Their teeth! But most of them do get some plastic surgery.
