I'm missing one of my front teeth and its very visible what can be done to fix this.?
I just had this discussion with a dentist yesterday because they're going to have to pull a broken tooth I've got; your choices are typically - an implant... a bridge... or a removable denture device.

The implant is a "permanent" item - where it's screwed into the bone tissue underneath the gumline.

A bridge is where it's not "rooted" into your gums - but it's like a crown anchored to the neighboring teeth... much less expensive than an implant.

A removable denture device is also possible - but most people choose not to opt for this for a single tooth (especially if you're still fairly young)
Reply:The best looking way to fix it is a dental implant. The cost varies from office to office, but the results are stunning!
Reply:okay, I am one of those smart ***s, just please get it fixed. Not matter what it costs!
Reply:Get a false one.
Reply:They can put a fake white, gold or silver one in.I am sure that is going to cost you a pretty penny,But if it is needed and it bothers you it is worth it in-the long run.
Reply:My mom has the same problem. Get a latex filling; unfortunately it's quite pricey if you're not covered (here in Canada one could buy a used car for it's price).
Reply:If you get near the border occasionally, cross the bridge into Mexico. A dentist there, same diplomas, same chair, same equipment, same SUV, will fix it for 1/4 to 1/5 the USA cost. It's a two-visit thing.
Reply:An implant is your best option, as it will feel, function and look just like your natural teeth, and maybe even better. It will cost a few (2-4) thousand. Considering you will use it everyday for the rest of your life, that is less than you pay for other big ticket items. Try to justify the cost that way to yourself if you are hesitant to spend that amount on it.
