It's been seven years and nothing seems to have moved.
If two rear lower molars are missing will the upper teeth extrude?if so how long does it take?does age matter?
Yes the upper molars can super-erupt. If they haven't moved in seven years, it doesn't seem likely now. Its hard to judge whether they have moved unless you compare xrays taken from before and xrays taken now.
The trouble with those molars drifting down is that they become a food trap and will cause decay on the back of the molar next to it.
