I had purchased a palm centro last week. I noticed that the usb sync cable was missing teeth on the end that attaches to the palm. I called sprint about it and they ended up ordering me a new palm centro phone with the new usb sync cord included. I just received the new phone with the new usb sync cord and it%26#039;s still missing teeth! Is this normal?

Yes....totally normal. Mine came that way too!!!
Reply:my did that, put it was a centro it was another palm product, so it may be just an assembly line defect

Reply:yes, it has missing teeth. it is designed like that. there are total of 5 teeth for the syncrhonization and 1 for charging. you can compare other sync cables for palm treos and different devices. they are the same.
