Missing tooth - help?

A couple of months ago I had to have one of my teeth remouved. It is the next to the last one, so fortunatelly it isnt visible. I was singe at that time, but now I have met a nice boy. I am afraid that if he wants to kiss me he could somehow tell that I am missing that teeth. Please dont laught at me, I realise it could sound funny, but I assure you, it isnt.

So, do you think he will be able to tell? Cause if he can, I will swear off dating till I get it fixed!

Missing tooth - help?
come on girl... if the guy is really into you.. it's not going to matter if you are missing one tooth or two or all of your teeth... it should be your heart and personality and pure sweetness that he should be interested in... you can always get that gap where your tooth should be filled in... don't sweat the small stuff... love a guy that loves you for you... not a guy that wouldn't be into you, because you happen to be missing one tooth... come on!!!
Reply:Yes I date a woman that had the same problem you did and I totally felt it and I was grossed out by it and I ended up dumping her and finding a woman with a full set of teeth.
Reply:If u are really afraid then dont have kisses with him.

u can hve a lot of fun

I assure you that he will not be able to tell that
Reply:Speaking as someone who used to be a teenaged boy....

He won't be able to tell a thing from an ordinary close-lipped kiss. And by the time he's kissing you so deeply that he'll notice a missing tooth, he'll probably be to thrilled with you to care about something so minor. I wouldn't worry about it.
Reply:Really, if its not visible no real big deal. An a small thing like that shouldn't end what could possibly be a good relationship.

Missing Bracket on my teeth????????

I have braces for about a year.I went to my ortho. about a month ago and I am just noticing that on one of my tooth that there is no bracket or anything on that tooth. Its way in the backjust before the thing that keeps everything together.I never notcie it not to have anything.I think it had something there before but now its just nothing there now.It just have a wire over it.Where is bracket? Why did they take it off?Why is it just that tooth?

Missing Bracket on my teeth????????
Most likely one of two things, it's a deciduous tooth (baby) that you will soon lose, or it is because this bicuspid "hasn't erupted enough" to place a bracket in the "correct position" to be effective. The "crown" or part of the tooth that shows just "isn't tall or long enough" to put one on. If they did try to place one it would constantly fall off since it would require being positioned up under the tissue. Give it some time, eventually it will have either a bracket or a band placed.

It's been a year and you are just now noticing that you don't have a bracket there? Shame shame, you should be brushing and flossing with extra care along with checking each tooth to be sure they are clean. I won't tell but try to do better! Good luck and hope I've been of some help.

If it's been a month since your last ortho, you are close to the next appointment time so just wait and ask about this tooth then. A week or two won't make that much difference. It's nothing dire that needs to be addressed this late between appointments.

Additional information: It may have been removed last visit without your knowing since they don’t hurt to remove, so it’s possible you didn’t feel it. My thoughts on removing it would have been to reposition it, which one would have been placed and activated then, or maybe an upcoming appliance placement. The only one who can answer that question is going to be your orthodontist, I’m sure that if they removed it, there is a reason for it. It's also possible that it came loose and fell off since your last appointment. You next adjustment should be in the next week or two so you should be fine waiting until then.
Reply:Ask your orthodonist. I got my braces off about a year ago, but if my memory serves me correctly, they did the same thing to me around the time that my braces were about to come off
Reply:because, sense your back teeth are more movable, they can take the back ones off sooner. Either that or they put them on later. Mine were put on later.
Reply:i would call your orthodontist because it could have fallen off you might not have to go into his office. just tell him which tooth and explain your problem and he will answer it.
Reply:i had that same problem couple weeks ago...i was eating steak and couple mins after i notice something was hurting me and it was my bracket..when i went back to the dentist the doctor told me my top bracket was pushing my bottom one and decide to take it away for the meanwhile..when you do go back just ask what they are going to do...i did that and they put a bit of filling on my back teeth to rise my teeth so the brackets wouldn't touch. Just ask before they go into your mouth

One. As my life is largely charmed, it was going to have to be taken out for a wisdom tooth anyway.

Although if you count wisdom teeth than I have four and a half missing.
Reply:Four. I had my bottom two wisdom teeth removed because they were impact, and the top two never existed at all, according to the dentist. So I have 28.

Why do people find it cute when kids are missing a bunch of teeth, but not when adults are?

Would it be so cute if we didn't know the kids would be growing teeth back in their place?

Why do people find it cute when kids are missing a bunch of teeth, but not when adults are?
That made me actually laugh out loud. Probably because adults with a bunch of missing teeth probably have some problems. Hygiene problems or drug problems. So, nothing good.
Reply:cuz kids are supposed to be goofy.
Reply:because kids teeth grow back
Reply:probably not........there is just something about a little 6 year old boy or girl smiling for his/her class picture and the front teeth are missing......my daughter has just lost both of her front teeth and it is adorable to hear her sing "All I want for Christmas"
Reply:I think I look better with my fake toofs out. I think its cute, but if they are green, forget about it.

You'd turn the channel just for that mess.

How difficult is it for a girl to find a husband if she's missing a few teeth?

most likely .. not too hard, but I wouldn't count on him having all his either

How difficult is it for a girl to find a husband if she's missing a few teeth?
Yes, so see a dentist.
Reply:I just spit coke through my nose! lmao!!!
Reply:It would raise the degree of difficultly in this superficial, judgmental world. However, there are probably guys who are into that.
Reply:um.. depends on how shallow of a guy shes with..
Reply:move to the south, then it would be easy to find a mate. hahahahahahaha
Reply:Girls with missing teeth give good BJ's and a man is always down for that. So i'm sure some man would be happy with his gummy wife!
Reply:Depends on what area of the U.S. you are in? It is more acceptable in the southeastern states than say the northern states. Also find a guy who has more teeth missing than you do that will make you look a lot better. Better yet see a dentist regularly
Reply:Some guys don't like teeth. They just get in the way. Ha HA!
Reply:you either gotta go to dentist honey or you will only find a guy at a club frequented by the over 70 year olds!
Reply:A person, might consider getting some dental work done, Looks are not everything but a person should feel good about themselves , and getting your teeth fixed is a do able thing. There are some things that can't be fixed but teeth can.
Reply:According to a study (apparently done by the same researchers who did a study on how to make the best bacon butty [sandwich]), people who are missing teeth are like, 38 times more likely to have a partner who is also missing teeth.

So if you don't mind a husband who is also missing teeth, apparently, not all that hard.

But teeth are cool and I do recommend having them. Plus it makes it more likely that your spouse will have them.
Reply:Teeth are not important to some men... especially if a guy is missing a few teeth himself. A men will also look at the girl's body - if she's hot, her teeth might turn irrelevant. Personality is important too.

But, don't get me wrong. See a dentist. You'll be surprised how many employers offer dental insurance only 90 days after hiring.

I think most important is to fix any cavities you have now to make sure you'll lose no more teeth.

Do girls mind if a guy is missing his 2 front teeth?

I got hit in the head with a baseball and my 2 front teeth were uprooted (the permanent ones) and we didn't have money to get ceramic teeth put in so will girls still like me?

I can't whistle at them anymore, so how do I get them to notice me?

Help!

Do girls mind if a guy is missing his 2 front teeth?
Just be your self
Reply:A girl should like you for who you are, not what you look like.
Reply:invite them up to your trailer.
Reply:Yes, they mind.
Reply:Give them a big smile, that'll get you noticed.
Reply:yes
Reply:Dude, whatever it takes, you gotta get your teeth fixed.
Reply:Honestly just be ur self the girl will like u for ur personality .......not ur looks......geez its an accident...........:)
Reply:trust me they already notice your jack-o-lattern face.
Reply:Some girls might mind but you'll get replacements and it shouldnt be a problem anymore most people wont even notice. No one is perfect and if you are a nice bloke the girls wont give a monkeys - good luck you'll be just fine
Reply:I would suggest, as soon as you can to try and make it your priority. Your smile is everything..it is noticed almost a mile a way. I used to be a dental rep.
Reply:You'd be surprised what girls find attractive in a guy. Baldness, big noses, even front teeth missing. She wouldn't be much of a person if she didn't give you a chance because of your teeth. It is all about personality and how you treat her. If you are a honest, happy and attentive person, this will be a good start. As for whistling - I don't think girls find this much of a turn on anyway, so just as well you can't do it any more.

Would you go out with a man missing four front teeth?

if he was sexy, nice, friendly, at a good weight, had a good body, and was overall cute...well, except for his mouth...would you go out with him?

Would you go out with a man missing four front teeth?
I am married, so I would not be going out with another man.

I would have to know the person to be able to judge if I would go out with him or not. I am not trying to be overly judgemental at all, but I do not believe that I could honestly think that a man who was missing teeth to be either cute or sexy.

A great smile and healthy teeth are important to ones overall health, and I would not think that this man was taking very good care of himself. If he lost his teeth in some type of accident or due to a disease or birth defect, that would be a different story; but I would have no way to judge that without knowing the man personally.

There are many types of dental plates and replacements available today so that people do not generally need to be going around with missing teeth.

Have a good day.
Reply:A good smile is the first thing I notice about anyone, so..that probably answers your question /: Report It

Reply:Never
Reply:no way, that is gross, screams white trash
Reply:HELL TO THE NO!!!!
Reply:Teeth are very important Its the very first thing you see!!!! So my answer is no unless they can get a few fake ones! :)
Reply:No not for me but he must have some good qualities or something or you wouldnt be asking the question . Ive always heard that their is someone for everyone maybe hes yours find out and get him some teeth .
Reply:well it really depends on what you think not what anyone else thinks, get to know the person inside and the outside will not bother you at all.
Reply:No way. Teeth is the very first thing you see on a person. I would first ask why don't you have front teeth? And why haven't you had them fixed?

Everyone wants a nice smile.
Reply:I wouldn't. But I'm a guy and I like girls.

Why does he not have his front teeth? Seems like an important thing to be without. It's not really something you can hide easily unless you never smile or talk. Does he have no money to get them fixed? Does he think it's cool? It's something I'd ask him about right away.

Would you date someone that was missing their front teeth?

as long as he keeps quiet and doesnt smile =)

Would you date someone that was missing their front teeth?
Why not, it is only the inside that really matters. What is he like and do you like him...that is the question
Reply:First of all, how old are you. Cause if you are younger and your teeth are going to grow in you have nothing to worry about.
Reply:Sure...he could always get some dentures.
Reply:ewwwww... grandma....???
Reply:i would date him cuz he will not stay like this for along time im sure he will go fix his teeth so don't lose him for a silly thing, important thing inside this guy not ouside and how he looks
Reply:I would, if he was a really great guy... it shouldn't matter. Plus, he can get falsies eventually anyway.
Reply:NO, the inside is what matters but you cant see the inside when you meet a person, the first thing that attracts you is physical appearance then you later learn about their personality
Reply:Yes, but take them to the dentist to get fitted for a pair of nice dentures!!!! Love knows no boundaries!
Reply:if u truly affectionately loved the person, then y not? u cud always go to a dentist to get ur teeth fixed, my bro broke his front teeth in a car accident and den he went to this dentist got a surgery, and den his teeth looks just like it was,,,u can always replace teeth but u cant replace the inner love.. it only happens once in a lifetime. make use of it......so gud luk!
Reply:i personally wouldnt, to me that is a major turnoff and while physical attraction isnt everything- i feel there should be atleast a small attraction between the couple.

dont get me wrong, looks arent everything.
Reply:Sure if they had dentures.
Reply:Oh you BETTER believe it..

YES I WOULD for sure ! !

SMILE :)
Reply:Would really cut down the 'market' here by over 1/2 if that was done. Hey what's a few missing front teeth among friends.
Reply:well how are you going to hail our cab,now that could be a problem, I am to drunk and she has no teeth, that spells walking, and that aint happening here, unless you have one of those doorman whistles.Ah doggone it life is never simple!
Reply:Yes.
Reply:Makes the beer go down easier. I just love a women that can keep up.
Reply:Only if there was a good reason and he would get dentures.

I have something about teeth. They don't have to be the straightest or the best....but teeth have to be there.

Also if someone came toothless on a date, I would wonder if he takes proper care of himself and has some pride in his appearance.

I know there are always exception, but this is how I would feel....smile
Reply:If you live around here, it's expected that wouldn't have but two teef...
Reply:Lol...I'd still date my husband even if he was missing his front teeth. I'd just tell him to try to not talk too much...lol, j/k...besides that would be almost impossible for him =)
Reply:Uuhooh...fffhere are my parfialssss...aahhh thhhhere

thhhey are..

Smiles....look ,all better now.
Reply:Of course I would! I'd probably be more attracted to her if she wore a prosthetic of some sort most of the time (call me shallow if you'd like) but missing front teeth is nothing compared to lacking wit or character.
Reply:Oh my, the ravages of time eh?

I would be a hypocrite if I said no because I had severely worn down front teeth for about 7 years. I think they were about 1/2 centimeters long when I was able to get them capped. No fault of my own, just genetics. I smiled with my mouth closed.I laughed behind my hands.

I would hope that the person would have a bridge however.
Reply:I think that missing teeth is something easily remedied if need be. So I would.

Good luck and God Bless!!

My 6-year-old son is missing 15 permanent teeth. Is there information about any syndrome associated with this?

I'm going to apologize for the other rude answers. If they had any common sense they would know that most 6 year olds don't lose 15 baby teeth by the time they are 6. I wish I could help you with an answer but, I'm at a loss. My six year old is missing one permanent tooth on the bottom. She hasn't lost her baby tooth in that spot yet but the exrays showed that she doesn't have one to come in behind it. The dentist told me it just happens in some children. But, I can't imagine that it would "just happen" with 15. There has to be something else associated with it. I'll try to find out for you and I'll post it on here if I do. I'm sorry to hear about your son's missing teeth. May God bless you and your family.

I found some...

Down's Syndrome

Williams Syndrome

Witkop Tooth and Nail Syndrome

Stevens Johnson Syndrome

Wolf-Hirschhorn Syndrome

I hope this helps!

Hey could you date someone who was missing their front teeth, say 3 teeth?
No bad teeth are a deal breaker for meh...
Reply:when im with my partner i prefer to see all their teeth when they smile
Reply:I don't think i'd be able to
Reply:Yes why not. This is something that can be fixed. If he has a wonderful personality and contributes to my happiness. I don't see why not. It may not be something that I may be attracted to but if I get the chance to know him, I'm sure I'd see beyond that. That's what's missing from our society nowadays, we are too shallow. we would prefer to date a loser with a hot california beach body.
Reply:yes after we've gotten them replacements

Reply:Nooo NEVERRRR!!!
Reply:Yes, who cares about their teeth do you like them or not is the question. Are they good peoples or not? DON'T BE A SHALLOW AIRHEADED FOOL . Do what feels right to you.
Reply:No, sorry. I realize it's pretty expensive to get that sort of thing fixed. However, dentures are not as expensive as implants. And what a difference they make! Missing teeth make a person look and feel older than they may actually be. I've seen and personally known people who just refused to put out any sort of bucks on keeping or fixing their teeth. It may sound shallow but, they simply look terrible. Remember those makeover shows a while back? Missing teeth were the first things they got fixed. And again, what a huge difference that made. Not just in looks, but in personal self esteem too!
Reply:Love is how you can date someone who is missing 3 teeth. How can Christ love a world that is missing something more greater that 3 teeth love? He loves the World cuz he is love, so if he can

"die" for a sinful unloving world, you can easily date someone with missing teeth besides we're gonna loose our teeth when we get old anyway so we might as well get used to it. If you can love em now you cant ever. What sustains a relationship anyway the way you feel for eachother or appearance?

Why is my daughter missing her canine teeth?

She has a good set of everything else, but I'm wondering why her canines haven't come in? She's 18 months, and I know she has time, it's the pattern (canines last and delayed from the others) that I wonder about. Has anyone else seen this pattern of dental development?

Why is my daughter missing her canine teeth?
Canines have a tendency to slow down when it comes to eruption. They usually go to the wrong side because anatomically they take the longest path to reach their final position and they are very angulated in the way they come down. It is very essential that you get your child checked by your orthodontist once every year or two to avoid significant problems in the future. Hope this helps!
Reply:it does sound a little peculiar but honestly it does not really mean anything. Mouths are peculiar things, I myself had 3 sets of canines, 1 baby set, 2 grown up sets, the one on the bottom left never grew and I have a small bump in my mouth where the 3rd one failed to develop. I even remember the dentist being surprised at having to remove the same tooth twice.

I also have a friend where one of his incisors was never developed at all, either as a baby or as an adult.

I would not be too concerned right now, it is peculiar but if you are really concerned see a dentist.

odds are it will come in eventually.

My daughter is missing two permanent teeth, what options are there?

The best option is to have implants to replace the missing teeth. If you go with a bridge you will have to reshape the teeth on either side of the missing tooth and you don't really want to do that to healthy teeth. The implant is placed in the jaw by an oral surgeon. It will take a few months to heal because the bone has to grow around the implant. Once it had healed then you can take her back to see your general dentist and he will remove the healing collar that is screwed into the implant and add some attachments to the implant so he can take an impression of it for the lab to make the crown. When the crown comes back he will remove the healing collar again and screw in the attachments. Once the attachments are in place then the crown will be cemented to that. It is a wonderful way to replace missing teeth and you don't have to reshape any other tooth to do it.

My daughter is missing two permanent teeth, what options are there?
Bridges or dental implants. They are both expensive options (i have both) but worth every penny. This will help your daughter physically and mentally. My self esteem has really boosted since getting my teeth fixed.

Good luck!
Reply:Implants... My brother is currently in the process of having an implant done. When they are in they look like real teeth, and the don't come out. You should ask her dentist about it, however I am not sure that insurance covers it.
Reply:Hi! I've been in dentistry forover 25 years and I'm assumming these are laterals that are missing. Regardless, the ideal way is to have implants done when she is done growing. The reason for this is the appearance of the teeth change with age and to do an implant crown now that lots likes a young teenager as apposed to an adult is very different. I would not do bridges as you cut down healthy teeth and these nees to replaced every 12-20 years. So I would have a ful lmouth xray done by and Oral Surgeon and have a heart to heart at what time would ne the best to do the implant. I have 9 implants myself so I know a great deal about them from both sides of the chair. They are the only way to go as they will act like a rooth structure and help to keep the bone in the jaw from dessolving which will cause a gap between the fake tooth and have to replaced. So this is a plus all the way around. Good luck M

What is missing in diet teeth yellow?

yellow teeth are not a sign of something missing in your diet. It could be that you have naturally yellow teeth, or they could be stained from something like coffee, sodas with caffeine, cigarettes, etc

What is missing in diet teeth yellow?
Your teeth are probably stained from drinking soda or coffee. To help prevent discoloration, drink dark liquids through a straw to minimize the contact with teeth.

I reccomend Crest Whitestrips Premium to whiten your teeth. Thats what I use and they work really good.

How many real teeth are you missing?

I'm missing three... all top molers. I wear a partial and hate it!

How many real teeth are you missing?
Hi Granny,

I am missing 9 teeth and will be losing another 7 teeth in the future My Friend.. I have lost 50% of My bone mass because I have Osteoporosis..All the dentist said when I ask,"Do you have any good News to tell Me"? She reply,"Enjoy them has long as you can".. I didn't find that funny at all !!! I hope Granny you don't lose anymore of your teeth..

A Friend,

Reply:It's a secret!
Reply:well i lost all my baby teeth, other than that-none.but i have had several cavities and may need a root canal soon.
Reply:I am missing 23, because I was born with 4 extra sets of teeth inside my gums. So my dentist doesen't care about pulling my teeth.

~♥BABY♥~
Reply:im not missing any.
Reply:If you had your wisdom teeth pulled then you have at least four teeth missing, not three.

I don't have any teeth missing. Never had a cavity, never had any dental work done.
Reply:Not counting wisdoms, two and I don't have to wear a partial as they don't affect my ability to eat ... thank God and my parents for making sure we brushed 3 times a day for at least 5 minutes.
Reply:I am missing 3, 2 were wisdom teeth.

Replace the partial with crowns. They are not cheap but last a long time.

Bear in mind that the quality of our teeth is usually genetic. Not always how well we brush.
Reply:my mom is missing three on the top too!

she wears something called a partial or something. .but she doesnt like it at all.
Reply:I have 20 but a bottom molar bridge keeps me nourished. My sympathy. Just be gnaw-ty.
Reply:how many did i have to start with -- take that number subtract by zero and you will have the number!!! but i do not have one cavity in the ones i have now!! no crowns or root canals!!!
Reply:I am missing too many. Had five wisdom yes I said five pulled at once
Reply:I haven't a clue. I'd need to see an x-ray or cut my gums for an accurate count. I can clearly remember having all 4 wisdoms removed %26amp; 4-8 others over the years. After the accident in 2001, I gave up trying to salvage them. My mouth is one big mess of bits %26amp; pieces!
Reply:Just my baby teeth and my wisdom teeth are missing. Only my top wisdom teeth came in, and the lower one on one side was impacted. There wasn't ever a sign of the other lower one. The impacted one had to be removed surgically, and the two top ones had to be pulled because there weren't any teeth for them to bite on and they started shifting, causing problems with other teeth.
Reply:Age 62 --- Got um all!!!!!!!!!
Reply:My lips are sealed, and I prefer my choppers to my own teeth O'dear I think I have just let the cat out of the bag.
Reply:Two.....toward very back.
Reply:Nineteen and two are broken pieces and four more are filled cavities, one more is a lost cavity. If I could afford to go to Honduras for Dental care I could get them all replaced with permanent implants for less than $250 instead of the $40 grand they would charge me here and even my Doctor's have given their approval.
Reply:Four wisdom teeth pulled.

:)
Reply:all 4 wisdom teeth pulled, but have all the rest.
Reply:My teelth are all my own, I paid for them and they are mine!
Reply:5 total, broke off the top front 4 when I was skating on the ice at 8 years old. and had one pulled front and center on the bottom due to lack of space.
Reply:I am missing 5 all molers . I still have my wisdom teeth.
Reply:8. Six in upper front, lost due to overcrowding. Deteriorated even tho I brushed properly, and often. Didn't upset me to lose them, as my partial gives me a really nice smile. Lost 2 molars, later. Cavities.
Reply:Well it is easier for me to say that I have 6 of my own teeth left than to say how many are missing, lol. You see for some reason I never had any permanent teeth to develop except for the ones in the front. So as the baby teeth came out nothing came in to replace them. I ended up getting a partial for the bottom. That was a very bad mistake getting that partial as it caused 2 of my permanent teeth to go bad and lost them. I have full upper plate and only the 6 front teeth on the bottom. When my son was a baby and setting on my lap he slammed his head into my mouth knocking out my upper front teeth. I have never had any wisdom teeth to form either and I am now 51 years young. Several dentist have done ex-rays for the possibility of a wisdom tooth, none are there.
Reply:Too many of mine are missing. I need to have my last six

bottom teeth in front, pulled, in order to get a bottom set of

false teeth. I had all four wisdom teeth pulled in my early 30s'.

And I never got in one front bottom tooth after my baby tooth

fell out. So whatever is left, is what I now have.

Years ago, I went to an Asian dentist, who's remedy for

tooth ache pain, was to pull the tooth. I allowed three of them

to be pulled, before I said, 'no more'. And never went back.
Reply:I only had 2 wisdom teeth and both were pulled, and 1 molar.
Reply:I have had dentures for 50 years.

I was in a car wreck and due to that wreck my dentist had to pull my teeth and do some Reconstruction.

I love my teeth. No tooth aches and I can eat an apple or eat corn on the cob, just like everyone else.

Married for 50 years and my hubby has never once seen me without my teeth.

I have always got compliments on my teeth, but I never tell . . . Not until this very moment.

I don't take them out when I sleep.

I have had them so long, they are part of me.

Which set of teeth are missing on a moose? uppers or lowers?

Front teeth missing on uppers but molars present as with deer.

Which set of teeth are missing on a moose? uppers or lowers?
not sure
Reply:uppers. but only the front. they still have the back 'molars'
Reply:they only have the bottom teeth and the top molars
Reply:In your question, "missing" implies was once there, now gone. This is not the situation in moose, therefore, there are no missing teeth in moose.
Reply:The dental formula of the moose (Alces alces) is I 0/3, C 0/1, P 3/3, M 3/3 = 32.

This means that they have (in each half of the jaw) no upper incisors, 3 lower incisors; no upper canines (only primitive deer have those), and one lower canine (which looks like an incisor), three upper and three lower premolars, and three upper and three lower molars.

So, if by "set" you mean types of teeth, then they lack the upper incisors and canines (although vestigial canines may be present in some).

One of my dogs lower front teeth is missing and now the one next to it is loose. He is a pit mix an 5 yrs old.

He is very healthy, active and seems fine. The one small tooth is gone and the second one next to it turned a brown color and is loose. He does not seem to mind if I look at it and even move it a bit, thats how I found out it was loose. Every other tooth looks white and healthy. His gums look really good and he is happy, eating well. Anyone ever have this problem with their dog? He does chew alot of rawhides and natual bones as well.

One of my dogs lower front teeth is missing and now the one next to it is loose. He is a pit mix an 5 yrs old.
My neighbor had a dog with "separation anxiety" and would actually bite at the gate when they'd leave. He gradually lost all 4 lower front teeth to biting so hard in a frenzy. Have your vet check his teeth....if he's losing them to gum disease or some other infection, then it needs to be taken care of by them. Rawhide and natural bones should not cause teeth to fall out.....something else is going on. It's vet time for your little boy.

I don't understand? How are braces going to help her?

Sounds like she needs implants or false teeth/bridges. You need to contact a dental school. If you have to drive for a few hours for this, it would be worth it. Here's a list of all of them:

Getting wisdom teeth extracted worried about missing college?

...the two lower wisdom teeth. they are not impacted, but my dentist wants them out. I am getting it done on a monday at 1:30, and have class the next day. I am not worried about the surgery, but will I have to miss any class? I don't want to fall too far behind since I'm taking pre-med classes.

Getting wisdom teeth extracted worried about missing college?
I had my lower wisdom teeth removed. They were impacted and surrounded by cysts. It was painful but I could have gone to work. I think you should be okay to go to class, But I would let the instructor know. Then they can be sure not to call on you or other stuff. Plus if you show up they will see how dedicated you are. Everyone is different. You may be just fine!
Reply:Get with your instructors. They understand things like this happen. Or if you aren't having any pain, call the dentist and see if if can be re-scheduled or can it wait until spring break? Good Luck and God Bless
Reply:When i got mine removed, I was fine as soon as the drugs wore off... No pain or swelling, I think if you keep up with the medication they perscribe you should be fine. I also had the 2 lower removed and they were not impacted either.
Reply:I had this done last spring break. It really didn't hurt as bad as I thought it would, I just couldn't speak because of the gauze pads in the back of my mouth. Also, all I could eat for 3 days was pudding and cheese, extremely soft foods. I really had no pain unless I opened my mouth but other than that I felt fine. If there were school I only would have taken the day they came out off and have a note stateing that I couldn't speak.

My 10 year old daughter has been told two of her front teeth are missing?

Her incisors have come through beside her two front teeth - anyone experienced this? Am worried she will always have a problem with how they will look?

My 10 year old daughter has been told two of her front teeth are missing?
I am guessing you mean her "adult" teeth are missing? If so, don't worry about it. My son is missing 5 of his adult teeth. The baby teeth just don't fall out. Son is 17 now and after braces and the whole works, his teeth look fine and he still has his baby teeth where the adult teeth were missing. Hubby still has a baby tooth and he is 52 years old.
Reply:Okay....I'm wondering why I couldn't keep my baby tooth where I was missing an adult one!!! Probably because the adult tooth next to it came in the wrong space and pushed it out (painful process with braces to move)

Anyways....like they said, leave the baby teeth if nothing comes through to push them out - and if one of the other teeth come in wrong and push them out...there's always a "false tooth" that can be worn on a retainer or implanted.
Reply:my son was premature and had a lot of 2nd teeth that where not going to form although not the 2 front one's in yr 4 he had to have all his baby teeth taken out where there where no 2nd ones going to come through and about 6 months later started with braces to move all the second teeth into positions where they could bite etc very successful has a lovely set of teeth orthodontist says if he looks after them he will have no problems in the future he plays rugby and we have had a made to measure mouth guard made for him cost about 100.00 but so comfy he comes home from training with it still in, hope this helps make sure you talk to your dentist and get a refferal asap it takes a long time on NHS but my son has had approx £20,000 worth of treatment.Your child also has to be very patient and comitted to cleaning properley etc
Reply:The dentist can check that the 2 adult teeth exist through x-ray. They can take a long time to come through sometimes, but if they dont exist at all than its best to get some advice from your dentist to see what options she has.
Reply:has she had an xray to confirm this? a qualified radiographer at the practice, can take an xray which will show all her teeth, even the ones that havent come through yet. From this they will be able to tell if they will come through abit later.

Did you mean her canines (like fangs) have come through at the side of her front teeth?

If so, This is not uncommon for what we call the lateral incisors to be missing,(the two slightly smaller teeth either side of her very front ones) and for the canines to take their position. (Also common for the second premolars to be missing, they fifth tooth along in each direction, so shes not alone)

when she is abit older these teeth, can be made to look as they are suppose to be adding white filling material to the tooths surface
Reply:I have the two teeth next to my front teeth missing. I have braces at the moment but when they come off, I am having the two missing teeth implanted.
Reply:My son and daughter both do not have their lower canines and the orthodontist just straightened their teeth without them and when they smile you cannot tell these are missing.

Enamel missing on front teeth?

Since I can remember, once I got my adult teeth, I've always had divets in the front top two teeth, close to the gums. It doesn't go all the way across the tooth, it's in the very front middle where the teeth come together. I'm not sure if it's enamel or maybe lack of proper nutrition as they were growing in, but it seems to be increasing over time. You can't tell unless you're up close and looking for it, my teeth appear to be normal, but when you feel them and look closely you can see visible (for lack of better terminology) "worn places" in my front two teeth, as though someone sanded them down a bit or something. They're just as smooth as regular teeth, no extra sensitivity or anything. Any ideas as to what may have caused this? Better still, can it be fixed? If so, how much does that generally cost? Thanks for your help!

Enamel missing on front teeth?
A dentist can easily remedy that for you. It's just like filling in a cavity, and they use colored sets to match the color of your teeth so that it doesn't stand out. It may have been caused by an abnormal formation of your skull bone that pressed down on them while they were growing.

Your dentist should be able to fix it, and it shouldn't cost that much.
Reply:I am missing more than enamel. My teeth are like stars, they only come out at night.
Reply:I had the same thing... You might want to get verniers or porcelain caps. I have the top four done and it costs between $800 and $4000.
Reply:Sometimes teeth just grow in funny like that. The enamel isn't worn, or you would have sensitivity. Veneers would be the best bet to fix them. If you can't even notice it, I wouldn't worry to much about it.
Reply:I have the same thing a little because of having braces and the idiots sanding too much on the glue..I dont know if it can be fixed
Reply:i have the same problem and i don't know why..i take good care of my teeth. i had braces for so long and i feel likeit was a waste because my teeth still look weird. im afraid i might have to get verneers but im scared they might look fake. talk to your dentist for more detaisls
Reply:CALL MY OFFICE FOR FREE EXAM...SOUNDS LIKE YOU NEED VENEER'S OR CROWNS, WE CAN'T BE SURE UNTILL WE SEE YOU. IT CAN COAST $600-$1200

OFFICE IN LONG BEACH, CA.

Reply:I have the same problem with my 4 front teeth, and mine is from missing enamel. My dentist told me I need to put crowns on them to protect them, and for 4 crowns, the cost was close to $5,000. Needless to say, I haven't done anything about it yet, but if you can afford it, you should get it taken care of. Oh, and they can't fix it, but the crown protects it against more damage.

Assault probably, but it would be best to talk to the police or a lawyer about your options.

But I'm pretty sure that he could be charged with assault.

maybe possession of a weapon
Reply:ok...usually in this case battery and assault....

did you provoke him or endanger him in anyway???

this similarly happened with my boyfriend he got punched in the face but didnt hit back he took it.

You are usually given the choice of a cop talkin to him first or talking and arresting him.....then you go to court.......it all depends on the circumstances.....

good luck
Reply:Are you that guy that wrote in saying that you were about to get into a fight with a guy twice your size? Bad luck dude. Yeah, you can go to the cops. Since he's over 18 he could spend a little time in jail. Assault, assault with a deadly weapon, that sort of thing.
Reply:If you didn't file a police report right away. Nothing much.

If you did, Assault and Battery, possibly Aggravated Assault since he used a weapon.

You can sue for actual damages and punitive. See a lawyer like yesterday.
Reply:There are a few crimainal charges he could be nail with. You also have a civil case. Somebody must pay for your teeth. However the longer you wait to call the police the weaker your case gets.
Reply:thats assualt and battery, and maybe even assualt with a deadly weapon because of the brass knuckles, also he can be charged with assualting a minor.

F**K that NUKKA UP

If u had a girl friend or a boyfriend BUT was missing 4 of his front teeth would u date him/her?

If the person was missing 4 of his upper front teeth would u still go out with him. Imagine your self with him/her at a party and she or he is laughing outloud. What would u do?

If u had a girl friend or a boyfriend BUT was missing 4 of his front teeth would u date him/her?
I dated a gal for awhile who had a partial plate that I didn't know about. When it broke, and I found out she was missing 3 of her front teeth, it didn't bother me because I wasn't dating her teeth. And, when she laughed, she would look down and cover her mouth with her hand. It worked.
Reply:The key word was "dated". We broke up in '04 for unrelated reasons. Report It

Reply:If this guy wasn't my boyfriend yet, I would think twice about dating him. However, if this guy is already my boyfriend and he lost 4 of his front teeth, I wouldn't break up with him because of his teeth alone. Of course, I would expect him to get dentures or something.
Reply:If she didn't wear her false teeth when out, I'd never date her. But those missing teeth could make for some very enjoyable experiences.
Reply:If the girl had an accident and you are in love with her, I think I would give her support and go to the doctor to get an evaluation to get her teeth fixed. With all the cosmetic surgeries nowadays, I don't see why not help and support a guy/girl that does not has the front teeth. If the person is willing to improve their look, I would date that person. Sometimes is better to date someone without the four front teeth than a person with no heart at all...!

The front door's zipper in my tent is missing some teeth. Can I get it repaired?

Yes you can get it repaired. As mentioned somebody that is handy with a sewing machine can do it. Hopefully you can find a friend that is willing to do it. You didn't mention what brand of tent you have %26amp; how much you paid for the unit. But if you have to job the sewing out to a shop keep in mind that it just might be more cost effective to buy a new tent. Also if you have a a quality name brand it still might be covered under warranty. I own a Eureka brand that it's zipper was covered under warranty 2 years after buying it. Another tent I own is a cheaper brand and I had some seam issues with it aftewr loaning it to a friend. I priced out having the tent patched and it was almost as much as just buying a new tent.

If someone you know is handy with a sewing machine, you could buy a replacement zipper for less than a dollar at a craft store and sew a new one on.
Reply:1. Check to see if it's under warranty.

2. Repair places: Tarp makers/upholstery shops. Get estimate first.

Anyone know how to remedy a zip on a hoody that comes undone after a few inches, no teeth missing..?
maybe if someone knocked out a few of your teeth you would stop worrying about the b******** zip

also you're in danger of rubbing candle fat on the wrong thing. Try to remember where they told you to rub it, this could be important if you don't want to go blind
Reply:You can remove it and sew in a new zipper. Sounds like yours is defective.

How can I fix the nylon zipper in my tent without replacing it? No teeth missing just jumps off.?

If you meant that the zipper misses out locking in the two end in patches, it could be because the assembly got a bit loose. Overuse or could have got pulled apart accidentally.

A solution to this is : Try pressing together with cutting pliers, the moving part holding the two ends, or if no plier is available, lightly tapping the head.

If its a metal zipper, this will work. If its nylon, chances are slimmer.

Change the zipper as soon as you can.

How can I fix the nylon zipper in my tent without replacing it? No teeth missing just jumps off.?
I guess you're really roughing it out there with your computer.
Reply:working_man66

Lubricate the zipper in your tent with WD40 or sewing machine oil as if it's a new tent the teeth are not worn in enough. If it's an old tent it probely has dirt or something stuck on the zipper track.

Good-Luck**** Hope it works. REBELCAT
Reply:duck tape
Reply:Nylon zippers are generally meant for lightweight applications, and aren't easy to repair. Try lubricating the teeth with oil, or I've heard that rubbing a bar of soap along them helps, too. Replacing the zipper with a metal one might be worth it to you in end, and easier than you may think.
Reply:Use a bar of Ivory soap to lubricate the zipper. Make sure when your setting up the tent that you don't have the canvas pulled to tight to get the zipper to close. We had the same problem and fixed it by re-adjusting the resistance of the canvas and "viola" no more zipper pulling apart. Good Luck! Oh, the Ivory soap thing came from JEEP to lubricate the zippers on my wrangler. It works great!!!

I want to take the ring gear off my flywheel because it has some teeth missing?

How do you take it off???do you need a press to remove it and put the new one on...1983 ford 300 4 speed

I want to take the ring gear off my flywheel because it has some teeth missing?
You heat the teeth around the flywheel with a torch until they are glowing red. Then you drive them off with a punch, working your way around. You can reinstall the same ring gear, just flip it over and use the other side of the teeth. To reinstall, you will need to place the flywheel portion of the assembly in the freezer overnight, before you try to install heat the teeth again with the torch until they are glowing red, and install them onto the frozen flywheel section with the same punch, hammer, and patience. It isn't easy, but can save some money if you are willing to put forth the effort.
Reply:I guess it could be done ,but why ? Since you have to remove the flywheel anyway why don't you just get a new one? The cost of a new ring and a press to install it would far outweigh the cost of a new or rebuilt flywheel .
Reply:To remove the ring gear I used to put a cold chisel tight to the flywheel and strike it.putting one back on I found that I needed to heat the ring gear up and cool the flywheel down use a torch to heat and throw the flywheel in the fridge for a while .The ring will still be a tight fit but with a little luck and patience it will work.
Reply:If it is welded on replacement is not an option. I have heard of people who just heat up the ring gear with a torch and not a press.
Reply:YOU HAVE TO HEAT IT VERY HOT THEN IT WILL FALL OFF WHEN PUTTING THE NEW ONE HEAT IT UNTIL FALLS BACK ON

1987 Camaro How do i tell if i have any of the teeth missing of of my flywheel? I think i do not sure.?

Take off the plate on the bottom of the bell housing and look at as many teeth as you can. Mark the extents of what you saw with a little bit of paint and take a ratchet and rotate the crankshaft on the front of the motor. That way you won't break off any teeth using a screwdriver. You could also just bump the starter with the coil wire off and see where the fly wheel ends up. It shouldn't take too long to see the entire fly wheel. Most of the time, a few missing teeth isn't going to hurt you. You just might get that weird grinding sound when you try to start the car and the starter is on a place where there's no teeth. But that probably won't happen too much.

1987 Camaro How do i tell if i have any of the teeth missing of of my flywheel? I think i do not sure.?
Remove the rock guard from the transmission bellhousing and look.

And use a big flat tipped screwdriver to rotate the flywheel one tooth at a time.
Reply:if your tranny is automatic you remove the inspection/torqeconverter cover(between back of motor and front of tranny) you must remove the starter first then the inspection cover this will reveal the flywheel bolted to the torqeconverter. with the car in nuetral, use a large screwdriver and wedge it between the flywheel and slowly turn the motor over with screwdriver inspecting the flywheel teeth as you turn it. hope this helps you.
Reply:under neath where the trans. bolts to the bellhousinf is a flywheel cover, remove it and with the car in neutral and the emergency barkes on,you need a flywheel tool or a big screwdrive and watch what you are doing, one slip and you cak tear your knuckles up-and it hurts bad to the bone.
Reply:Remove the inspection cover off of the bellhouseing and with a big flat tip screw driver rotate the engine and inspect the teeth as they go by and see if any of them are bad.
Reply:If any teeth are gone off of the flywheel, you would know it. Will it pull out? Is the clutch slipping?

What are some famous hockey players, fictional and non-fictional with teeth missing?

Fictional: The Hanson Brothers (Slap Shot) who were real hockey players.

I can think of more real players without teeth than having all of their teeth.

Steve Yzerman is one, Todd Bertuzzi another - although I think Bobby Clarke has to be the worst!!

I most recently watched Dan Cleary (last year) swallow his two front teeth as he took a stick to the face shooting a wrister (which he made!). %26lt;shudders%26gt;

They're fairly reasonable charging per tooth with a small overhead for the job. I used them a few times for my favourite comb and it's as good as new.

You can now either: write a patent - register a trademark - apply for research grant - incorporate a company - to squeeze this opportunity dry.

Alternatively you can start your very own corner comb repair booth. Best place - 47th and 5th, right next to the MOMA.

Reply:why not simply cut stripes back to the bone through your hair in the places where the damaged part of the comb would pass as you tend to your maine. This would remove the need for a replacement comb. Also, you could consider marketing the damaged comb as a specialist "Brazilian Groomer" for those areas that adult film stars have to tend.

My cat bunny has six teeth missing .home loving cat does anybody know why?

I don't quite understand your grammar.

Tooth loss in cats is much more commonly associated with gingivitis and periodontal disease, where inflammation and infection of the gum tissue causes loosening and retraction of the gum tissue around the tooth, which eventually leads to tooth loss. Sticky, sugary foods can contribute to the development of gingivitis and periodontal disease. In general, a premium-quality dry or canned food would be best.

My cat bunny has six teeth missing .home loving cat does anybody know why?
lol
Reply:Maybe they fell out or the cat got hurt. Maybe while playing with a toy someone yanked it out of it's mouth and ripped out some teeth. I don't know???
Reply:it depends on his/her age.

teeth fall out over time, especially on dogs/cats due to chewing animal bones

like humans do if they dont see a dentist, which i doubt your cat does.

as long as she can eat comfortably and easily i wouldnt worry.

if your that concerned see a vet
Reply:It has probably been wrenching them out itself in protest at being called 'Bunny'!

I only hope it was named by a small child. Bunny, indeed!
Reply:Look for a bulldog with a cat tooth necklace.
Reply:this is a mixture of old age and dental problems. as cats do not brush there teeth, there teeth are more susceptible to falling out. she could probably be due a trip to the vets to have her teeth checked. often gingivitis and periodontal disease are contributing factors. have a look at her gums above her teeth if this is red/inflamed or sore looking she should have her teeth checked.

don't worry about her losing some teeth, cats cope well with no teeth and as they do not chew there food its not too important. the amount of cats Ive seen with no teeth and still eat biscuits its amazing how they adjust.

obviously we want her to keep her teeth so good dental health is imperative. some cats go off there food if there mouths are sore, so get her checked just in case.

Reply:Cat's teeth fall out all the time- usually for the same reasons ours do- bad oral hygiene or injury. My very old cat had to have all his teeth out recently due to abscess and bone erosion. I spent a fortune on special post op food for him, which he decided he didn't want and started eating the dog's kibble- all this within 24 hours of him being home! So don't worry too much- if the cat also has bad breath then get it looked at to rule out anything serious and then just let it get on with it.

If you have teeth missing will it really cause your teeth to shift and if so , even if its the very back tooth

Yes. If you have a tooth on the bottom extracted the tooth opposing it on the top will drop into the space. Then you have problems with the top tooth. (Root exposure and that tooth becoming loose.)

If you have teeth missing will it really cause your teeth to shift and if so , even if its the very back tooth
Yes it will cause teeth to shift.

Very back teeth can't shift easily!

So I think a wire is placed and tightened so the very back tooth is pressed then it moves to the free space quickly

Hope it answers!
Reply:get a fake tooth
Reply:Teeth shift toward the midline regardless if there are teeth missing or not, it is called Mesial Drift. But, yes with teeth missing your teeth are more likely to shift than if you had all your teeth. If this is you that we are talking about, I would suggest getting a partial removable denture to help prevent the shifting.
Reply:What most people don't realize is that every tooth has a role to play and it does so in concert with other teeth. Here's the general applied rule. Any tooth that is removed that separates two other teeth or opposed another tooth at it's chewing surface will have an affect on the teeth it once touched. Teeth on either side of a vacancy will tend to close the space and that will create spaces between other teeth. Any tooth extracted that leaves another tooth above or below that once came into contact with the extracted tooth's chewing surface will attempt to either rise or fall into the empty space now opposing it. An extracted tooth should never be left un-replaced to the extent that teeth move and spaces close creating both difficulty and added expense when you do decide to replace the missing tooth or teeth. Missing back teeth are often left missing because the patient feels since they don't show why bother. The risk they take is that sever to permanent damage to the jaw joint can occur while the teeth are missing.
Reply:I had two of my molars taken out (doc said it was best), but a couple of years later (now) when I look in the mirror my teeth have definitely shifted. Its almost like I had a stroke, and I'm 29. There are alternatives to replacing a tooth, but it can be expensive. Ask your doctor.
Reply:Yes The opposing tooth will move to try to fill the space but need more info to advise!! Doc W

What do guys really think about girls with missing front teeth?

Or no teeth at all? I had ugly buck teeth that hurt all the time before. I lost my front teeth and then I had all the rest pulled 2 months ago, so I don't have any at all right now. Hope to get some fake teeth in the spring maybe. No dental coverage and not much money. I'm 15, 5' 5 1/2", 92 pounds, blonde hair, kind of average looking except no teeth. Needless to say dating has been the pits. Just wonder what guys are thinking about me when they see me.

What do guys really think about girls with missing front teeth?

Hamster missing top teeth?

my hamster was biting on the wire in his cage and i taped his nose to tell him no and he jerked back and his teeth fell out, and we hane no vets in the area that take rodents

Hamster missing top teeth?
DO NOT PUT IT TO SLEEP!! The teeth will grow back. It will take about 4-6 days. It will not be able to eat but if you but a few drops of water is It's food and mush it up after a few seconds it will be able to chug it down. You have to give it extra water for the time being. How do I know all this. Well, just about a month ago my very own hammy was chewing on the bars of the cage. It decides it was done so it tried to remove it's teeth from the bar. It jerkes them back and It screeched. I found the teeth on the botom of the cage so I made a vet appointment for about 30 min. later. When the vet saw my poor hammy she giggled then gave me the exact instuctions I gave you. She also gave me vitmens because the hammy will not be eating as much food but she told me not to give them to her AFTER 7-8 days but that is a diffrent story. She also told me that the appointment was free because i did not need it anyway but the vitmens were a buck fifty. Do not put the animal down she is a poor hammy that will grow her teeth back very soon.
Reply:Well, not to be to harsh, but nice going. Hamsters chew on their cage. Its healthy, because it files their teeth so they don't grow out.

Now seriously. Listen to me.

Hamsters cannot survive without top teeth. They use them to chew, break open seeds, make nests, almost everything. There is NOTHING you can do. ABSOLOUTELY NOTHING. And again, I stress the word nothing. Unless you want him to die a slow, painfull death because he cannot eat, take him to the vet.

I don't care if they won't take rodents. Tell them what happened, they will put him down for you.

I'm sorry, but there is no other way. He needs to be put to sleep.
Reply:Is it bleeding? If so, the most important thing would probably be to use some clean gauze or a clean washcloth and press on the area. Your biggest worries should be excessive loss of blood, potential of infection (because it will be an open wound), and decreased appetite because of pain.

It is a shame that not a single vet in the area will even take a look at him for you. If anything, they may be able to provide some compounded pain medication and give you a dosage, along with antibiotics, to keep the pain down and prevent infection.

If he stops eating for more than a day, he could be in serious trouble. Hamsters will quickly go downhill in health if they skip more than just a few meals. He would NEED to see a vet ASAP if this happened. You can try tempting him with yogurt treats, or even normal human yogurt, or chopped fruits and veggies.

If it isn't bleeding excessively, and hammy seems to continue eating normally, chances are he'll be fine and they should grow back in. Rodent incisors (front teeth) grow continuously, so hopefully they will reappear in a few days to weeks!

(I still highly recommend trying to contact a vet, just to make sure the wound looks ok, and to get some pain meds and antibiotics at the very least!!)

**EDIT: it is entirely NOT TRUE that hamsters cannot live without their upper teeth. In fact, veterinarians sometimes even perform surgery to remove the upper or lower teeth because they grow incorrectly (injuring the mouth and gums.) If for some reason your hamster's teeth do not grow back, you will have to begin trimming the lower teeth, because they will no longer be worn down by rubbing against the upper teeth. It is best if a veterinarian shows you how to do this, although sometimes pet store employees also know how.
Reply:you need to put it to sleep, im sorry
Reply:YOU DO NOT NEED TO PUT IT TO SLEEP

hamster and other rodents constantly have their teeth growing and they should grow back in time

in the meantime you should contact your vet and talk to them about what the next step should be. its going to be difficult for him to eat and so there may be other options. please call them, they should at least be able to provide you with info or another vets info to talk about food

it will need soft foods like mushed, pureed veggies etc...
Reply:y did you even buy a hamster if u cant take care of them! : (
Reply:forget those people who said the negative comments. it is serious- but the hamster can survive. take the hamster immediately to the vet or a pet store. they NEED their teeth. it is very essential for them!
Reply:next time, let your hamster bite the cage, it dulls their teeth and they need it to be dulled because it grows continuously, hamsters actually need to bite the wire of the cage. please never tape your hamster anywhere again....and if you cant find a vet, at least call one and ask them what you should do about it, and do research online seeing what kind of food you can give your hamster because you cant give it hard regular hamster food anymore because of its missing teeth. see if you could feed the hamster some soft food, like what babies eat or honey (except for hamsters)
Reply:You don't NEED to take them to the vet, it is a good idea but not ecential.

You need to crush up the hamsters pet bock really well while the hamsters healing. Also start feeding him oats.
Reply:give the hamster realy fine stuff like yogurt or really chopped up stuff if your lucky then they might grow back good luck! PS WHY DID YOU DO THAT ANYWAY!
Reply:u dont need to put it to sleep. but its serious so you have to take it to a pet store or vet really soon. they need their teeth for a lot-eating, chewing, etc. the teeth will grow back in a few days, ut till then you have to take it to some pet place
